Critical Illness Insurance
Critical Illness Insurance pays a lump sum directly to you if you are diagnosed with a covered illness or condition that occurs on or after your coverage start date. You can use this money however you'd like, for example, to pay for out-of-pocket costs like medical treatment, rent, or childcare. Covered conditions include heart attack, cancer, kidney failure, stroke, and many more.

Accident Insurance
This coverage pays a lump sum directly to you if you experience specific, qualifying accidents or injuries that occur on or after your coverage start date. Examples include severe burns, broken bones, and dislocations. You can use this money however you'd like, for instance, to pay for out-of-pocket medical costs, lodging, or childcare.

Wellness Benefit Payment
Get paid for taking care of your health. If you have Critical Illness and/or Accident Insurance, get a wellness benefit payment when you complete a health screening test. View the full list of eligible screening tests.
