How It Works
Providers
When you use an in-network provider, your annual eye checkup is no additional cost to you. You can go to an out-of-network provider, but you will have to pay up front and file a claim for reimbursement. You’ll save on eye care and eyewear when you use a VSP provider.
The plan provides a $175 allowance for glasses frames and contact lenses, or $225 for featured frame brands. You can easily use your benefits and shop online at eyeconic.com.
