Want to make your health and wellness a priority? If the answer is yes, great news. The Navigate Wellness program provides resources to help you improve your health and save money on your medical premiums.
Medical Premium Incentive Requirements
To earn the medical premium incentive in 2027, you and your spouse/domestic partner enrolled in an Ingram Medical Plan must complete the tiered activities. The higher the activity tier you complete, the more you'll save.
Complete all three of the following:
- Primary Care Physician (PCP) Form: Preventive exam including biometrics
- Health Assessment
- Tobacco-free affidavit or tobacco cessation
Complete Core level activities plus three of the following:
- Healthy outcomes for 3 out of 5 biometrics (blood pressure, BMI, glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides)
- OB/GYN screening
- Mammogram
- PSA (prostate-specific antigen) screening
- Prostate exam
- Hearing exam
- Dental exam
- Vision exam
- Skin exam
- Fecal occult blood test
- Colonoscopy
- Flu shot
- COVID-19 booster
- Shingles vaccination
Deadlines
January 1 – September 30, 2026
Associates and spouses/domestic partners enrolled in an Ingram Medical Plan will receive a wellness incentive in 2027 based on the activities completed by December 1, 2026.
October 1 – December 31, 2026
Hired/rehired or newly enrolled associates or spouse/domestic partners in an Ingram Medical Plan will be automatically eligible for the Core Rate in 2027.
